Great customer satisfaction for me and a first too. Most car purchases have been just that and that only but with Lewis Cox it has been a fantastic experience, the follow up and after sales contact too from him has been great. I highly recommend Lancaster VW and speaking to Lewis if you are looking for your next car, nothing but fantastic service from him and the team.

Just bought a car with Nathan Walker at Lancaster Volkswagen and the whole process was seamless. Nathan was really helpful, responded quickly and even found out extra info for me after ringing previous owner and local Toyota servicing company which was fab & really appreciated. Having bought several cars over the years, VW Lancaster, from initial contact right through to collection of my new vehicle this has been one of the more pleasant car buying experiences. Both Nathan and Suzanne have been a pleasure to be in contact with. VW Lancaster have got the buying experience right. Go there and you won’t be disappointed, from price, right through to the delivery experience and follow up after hand over. See you again in 3 years! Had a great time at with Kyle when we came to look at a car we viewed online. Gave us allot of information about the car including a long test drive. Worked with us to find the best financing options and time scales to work with. Overall great experience and got a fantastic car.

Collecting my new car from Lancaster Volkswagen was a very smooth and pleasurable experience thanks to the expertise and friendliness of Ryan and Suzanne (even our dog was made welcome). My vw golf r went in for some warranty work. Shaun the service manager was brilliant from start to finish. I even purchased some other parts as a sign of appreciation for his commitment to getting my vehicle fixed. If anything this man deserves a pay rise! Thanks Again Shaun.

I've recently bought my first electric car from Lewis Cox at VW Lancaster and I couldn't be happier. Lewis was very professional and provided the highest customer service right throughout the process of buying this vehicle. Right from the test drive, he kept me informed of everything that was happening. The handover day handled by Suzanne was also fantastic. A lovely experience from start to finish.
